Tassinari Construction has begun developing a 4.19 acre parcel of land located on Holman Road, zoned Highway Commercial. This parcel will accommodate up to a total of 32,000 square feet of first class office or warehouse/light manufacturing space.

The easily accessible location is just off of Route 3 at Exit 5 and will be part of a growing mixed-use area of commerce. This location is very accessible to interstate highways to Boston and Providence.

We will build to suit and have a wide variety of options available including stick built or metal buildings ~ or a combination of both. The final Square foot charge will be based on the scope of the build out.
